Sleep on your new Mattress for up to 101 Nights before deciding if it's right for you. Our Belgian Luxury mattress is not eligible for the Sleep Trial. Sleep Trial applies to mattresses purchased from our website www.luxeqo.in. 

Please keep in mind that it takes time to adjust to a new mattress. Your Luxeqo mattress is unlike any mattress you’ve experienced before. Most people love it after the first night. For others, it takes a little longer. Depending on the type and condition of mattress you’re transitioning from, your body might need time to adjust to its gentle firmness. This might take a month or more. But you’ll appreciate it in the end. That’s why we require that customers give their new mattress at least 45 days of break-in period.

Note: Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns before 45 nights and past the 101 night trial.

• Your sleep trial begins the day you receive your mattress.
• Original invoice to avail 101 Nights trial or any warranty claims.
• The purchaser has to bear the one-way transportation costs to the factory.
• 101 Night Sleep Trial is not applicable on custom size mattresses
• 101 Night Sleep Trial is not applicable for purchases made through Amazon and Flipkart.
• 101 Night is applicable for the first 101 Nights from the date of delivery. In case of a swap between different size or models, the 101 Night Sleep trial will still be calculated from the day the first mattress was delivered.
• Photographic evidence is required of the mattress when opting for return. Failing which, we may cancel the request
• There should be no sign of dirt or damage on the mattress.
• This policy is limited to one return per household per year.
• Refunds will be made via the same payment method used to order the mattress.
• Disputes, if any, are subject to Chennai jurisdiction only.
• The final decision on refund under 101 Nights Trial offer will be made by Luxeqo Living LLP. The company reserves the complete right to refuse any request claim if it doesn’t fulfil the Terms and Conditions of the 101 Nights Trial Offer.
